Policy Details

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:                                                                                                                                                           You may cancel your order at no cost if it hasn’t been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@trendkarthub.com or 7083777577-TRENDKARTHUB.                                                                                            Once canceled, any payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. After Shipment:If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery as per our return policy below.

Refund Eligibility                                                                                                                                                                                                    We offer refunds under the following conditions:                                                                                                                              Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement. 
3. Wrong Item Delivered:                                                                                                                                                                                         If we sent the incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send the correct product.
4. Change of Mind:                                                                                                                                                                                                For non-defective items, refunds are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
5.  Non-Refundable Items:                                                                                                                                                                            Personalized or custom-made products. Perishable goods (e.g., food items).Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
6. Return ProcessTo request a refund:                                                                                                                                                        Contact us at support@trendkarthub.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Snail Mail (RMA) number and return shipping instructions (if applicable). Once approved, ship the item back (return shipping costs may apply—see below). Shipping Costs:For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during a promotion.
7. Refund Processing                                                                                                                                                                                  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
8. Non-Delivery                                                                                                                                                                                                         If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a full refund or reship the order at no additional cost
